Whittle Marine  specialise in wooden traditional boat building, all aspects of boat maintenance and large restorations, working with clinker, carvel or cold moulded boats with a high level of understanding of the X One Design keelboats.

Based on the Isle of Wight and established in Yarmouth we have specialised in working on wooden boats with over 40 years of experience within our skilled team covering a wide variety of work from rigging to seasonal scrubs and we undertake stainless steel and upholstery works too.

Whittle Marine  manufacture new masts and spars to suit all rigs and we have the capacity to make anything from a light weight dinghy mast to the larger classic gaffer rigs including spinnaker poles and bowsprits. This is all alongside the production of our new, carvel XOD Class Boats currently being built.
